[connor (well, his double) shows up not long after the conversation. jack isn't the only one needing to fix a long dry spell.]

[maybe their doubles do know them better than they know themselves. he likes the way connor steps into his space and covers jack's mouth with his own. and he reciprocates almost immediately - this feels familiar, right down to the pretense of a greeting before they get down to business. he feels wanted in a way that he hasn't for awhile. he pulls him deeper into the room, grinning against his mouth as he starts removing his shirt.]

[jack buries his hand in connor's hair, almost like he's holding him in place, willing him to leave a telling mark. there's no mia or sarah or lucinda to attribute it to here, but maybe that's part of the thrill.

[jack asks, and connor gives. biting him again, harder, sure to leave a mark, a tell that will last well into tomorrow. and then he's pulled back and he watches jack undressing with all the reverence of looking at a piece of art. he devoursjack with his eyes, soaking up every new inch of flesh that's revealed.
